The cowboy restaurant is based on local and high-quality ingredients. From the wonderful meat dishes that come from the quality cattle herds of the northern Golan Heights and are smoked and aged on-site, through the plantations, the field crops, and the unique products to the surprising desserts in a local style. Besides the dishes, of course, beers and local wines produced in wineries and breweries in the Golan are served. The restaurant overlooks the horse farm and the spectacular Mount Bental
