Mettler Winery is a family boutique winery located in the magical Elah Valley. In the winery we produce red, white and rosé wines. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes grow in our vineyards. The rosé and the red blends consist of the grapes that grow in our vineyard. The wine making processes are carried out while maintaining the values ​​of tradition. The manual harvest is done in the early morning hours, the clusters are transported directly from the vineyard to the winery. The vines in our vineyard are cared for with dedication and love, we give nature its place, we maintain organic and natural materials and aids, while emphasizing the preservation of the environment.
