In 2013, "El Vecino" opened at the northern end of Ibn Gvirol. Created by Chateau shual and Zurich Cafe, it is the reincarnation of the old neighboring bar. The proximity to the Yarkon Park, the breeze from the sea and the home design make the experience different in the Tel Aviv landscape.
