Grill Room is a classic New York–style steakhouse located by the Mediterranean Sea. Chef Roi Anatabi, who has led Grill Room in Jerusalem for several years, now brings the concept to Tel Aviv — this time in a non-kosher version. All meats are locally sourced Holstein beef, dry-aged in unique in-house aging refrigerators.
