New Year's Eve at &Moshik
For me, New Year's Eve is a night that I plan all year long, and the meal begins with a glass of fine champagne, and from there it just goes up. I bring to the table some of the finest ingredients in the world, black and white truffles, and fine fish caught that morning from local fishermen, and lots of caviar. There is no show here, and there is great product and hands that know how to respect it. Each dish will smell like the sea in the morning and melt like butter and stay with you after the last touch. There are twenty-two places at Sarona, so each of you is part of the evening. Say goodbye to the year with great laughter and joy. This is a night of silence before the noise of a celebration that begins with a glass and a plate and ends after midnight. Come start the new year with me around one table.
