Our kitchen draws inspiration from Japan’s bustling markets — serving rich, lovingly cooked ramen, handmade gyoza, yakitori skewers grilled to perfection, and perfectly stir-fried noodles. The space combines metal, marble, and stainless-steel elements with unique lighting fixtures that create an intimate, vibrant atmosphere. Bar - Mediterranean Italian food. Crudo, "raw" in Italian, is a tribute to the Northern Italian cuisine that consists of fine ingredients and is served in small plates bursting with flavors. The menu includes traditional dishes with local twists that are the unique fingerprint of Chef Alaa Moussa. Along with a light cocktail, you can have an evening of drinks and snacks or a full dinner with the right wine. And all this, in the atmosphere of your choice - in the tabon bar, the alcohol bar, at a table under the roof of the sky with the breeze of the port street or in the private gallery on the second floor of the restaurant.
