We at Ruben believe in the importance of combining fresh food from quality ingredients and cordial and professional hospitality. Each branch has professional cooks who love and understand meat and we advocate for the preparation of the meats and sauces in the restaurant. Our kitchens are free of soup powders or flavorings and we advocate giving a simple meal experience - at eye level but tasty and indulgent. All our branches have a smokehouse where cuts are put every night to cook slowly and absorb the aromas of the smoking wood. Our menu is built on many years of American street food classics, starting with the legendary New York Ruben sandwich through the Sloppy Joe from the South of the USA and slowly we put together a delicious and particularly juicy puzzle that every carnivore (and vegetarians too!) will find themselves and feel at home

In charge of the kitchen is the chef Omar Mishleh who has created a varied menu while making sure to use the highest quality and finest raw materials and an open tabon that spreads the aromas of appetizing baked goods everywhere and connects the diners to the kitchen. The bar of the place offers a wide variety of original and fresh cocktails, a large variety of wines from all over the world and all types of the highest quality alcohol. Throughout the day you can enjoy special music that is specially adapted to the nature of the place, performances, DJs and rich content with the aim of creating an extraordinary culinary celebration.
