Gaijin Izakaya Celebrates Two Years

To celebrate its second anniversary, Gaijin Izakaya, by restaurateur Alexander Sakhnovsky, is launching a series of one-off evenings in collaboration with CÎROC Vodka. Throughout September, chefs Tomer Tal, Gadi Bur, Yoni Danon, and Ido Kablan will join the restaurant’s kitchen and cook alongside Chef Gil-Ad Dabush, creating a special menu for each evening. For each event, the guest chefs will team up with Dabush to create a shared specials menu, bringing together the cuisine, techniques, and style associated with Gaijin alongside each chef’s own culinary language. Each evening will offer a different collaboration, featuring one-of-a-kind dishes created especially for the occasion.
