Starting December 10th, and on every Wednesday and Thursday throughout the winter, Bat Avigdor will open its doors to the public for the first time, presenting a one-season winter pop-up by chefs Erez Komarovsky and Hanan Ezran. Bat Avigdor, known primarily as a private event venue, is becoming—for one season—an open culinary space inviting the wider public to an extraordinary experience. The menu is a dynamic tasting experience built on peak-season ingredients, enriched with inspirations and techniques from around the world — a playful setting where everything is served to the center of the table, in an intimate and surprising winter atmosphere. Alongside the meal, a curated selection of local and international wines will be served, chosen specifically to complement the dishes and elevate the experience.
