7to1 LAB fusion lab
The LAB hosts Chef Yaniv Gur Aryeh for a second round – “Israel Trail.” A seasonal dinner series built entirely on local ingredients. Every Monday throughout April-May, guests are invited on a five-station culinary journey: a generous 14-course tasting menu that bridges memories and innovation, seamlessly connecting haute cuisine with mixology. Alongside the tasting menu, and in collaboration with Yaniv, we’ve crafted five unique cocktails, each developed and infused in our own lab.
