Claro; Restaurant led by Chef Tal Feigenbaum, is a place of entertainment with an open and modern kitchen from which a seasonal farm-to-table menu is served based on high-quality local produce. Claro's Mediterranean cuisine draws inspiration from the countries of the Mediterranean basin and combines seasonal ingredients, local flavors and contemporary interpretation. The menu, based on the farm to table concept, is rich in vegetables and fruits, includes a variety of vegetarian dishes and is updated daily according to the availability of the freshest ingredients. We place special emphasis on raw materials from the best local produce, out of a commitment to Israeli craftsmanship and environmental responsibility.
