7to1 LAB fusion lab

The LAB hosts Chef Yaniv Gur Aryeh for a second round – “Israel Trail.” A seasonal winter dinner series built entirely on local ingredients. Every Monday throughout January and February, guests are invited on a five-station culinary journey: a generous 14-course tasting menu that bridges memories and innovation, seamlessly connecting haute cuisine with mixology. Alongside the tasting menu, and in collaboration with Yaniv, we’ve crafted five unique cocktails, each developed and infused in our own lab.

TYO is waiting for you with a new lunch, the traditional bento box from Japan. The bento is a small and meticulous box. And like in Japan you will find there rice, vegetables, fish or meat and something sweet. Every day between 12:00 and 16:00
