Bat Shlomo Winery is located in the hills of the Carmel Coast, among vineyards, forests and nature reserves. The wine tradition here began in 1889 with the plantings of Baron Rothschild and the establishment of the historic colony. Our professional wine team shares the story of the place and the region, alongside a careful tasting of the winery's variety of wines that express the local terroir. The experience combines nature, history and wine, and is served alongside seasonal local produce from the region, in a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
