As the first and only traditional BBQ gastro pub in the city, we take pride in following the meat-smoking traditions of the American South – Texas, Tennessee, the Carolinas, Louisiana… Cuts of pork and beef, rubbed with a special blend of spices, are slow-smoked overnight on aromatic woods (cherry, sour cherry, apple…) for ten hours or more. All our sides and sauces are handmade in-house, aiming to create a fusion of classic BBQ with local, home-style flavors.
