"Se Tu" is a kosher culinary rooftop by chef Idan “Pompi” Bouchari. The spacious venue offers around 200 seats and combines precise cuisine, music, and an atmosphere that evolves throughout the day — from a relaxed morning by the pool to a vibrant nightlife experience. The menu presents a clean, refined culinary direction based on fresh fish and seasonal ingredients. The kitchen draws inspiration from Arab and Jerusalem cuisine, with extensive use of olive oil, za’atar, labneh, and spicy elements, alongside dishes that celebrate the raw ingredient itself. In addition, the menu features handmade pastas and fresh breads baked on-site.
