Sheyan Restaurant is a kosher Asian Chinese restaurant in Jerusalem that provides a fascinating encounter between the diverse Jerusalem experience and traditional Chinese cuisine. Sheyan's menu is based on the cuisine of northern China and additionally includes dishes from Mongolia, Hong Kong, Thailand and also Japan. The kitchen staff consists of experienced and elite chefs from China. Among other things, you can enjoy dishes such as coconut soup with vegetables, Mongolian noodles with entrecote and ground black pepper, spicy tuna sushi, beef with kiwi or mango and carrots in a sour-sweet-spicy sauce, bass with aromatic vegetables and more.
