Chef Mittbal's restaurant is located in the heart of the picturesque settlement of Rosh Pina in the Upper Galilee and is a center of attraction for the residents of the area and the many guests of the guesthouses and B&Bs in the area. The restaurant, which opened in May 2006, offers its guests, together with the dishes, a culinary experience of unique flavors and professional presentation. The name of the restaurant was given to it due to the combination of the meats and fish prepared in the restaurant with countless wonderful dips. Mittabal's kitchen offers a combination of innovation and creativity with nostalgic tastes from Mother's house. The meats come to the diners accompanied by special sauces made on the spot, and you can also order from the abundance of great vegetarian dishes on the menu, which is trusted by the chef Yaniv Haddad, who is also one of the owners of the place together with Nitzan Azoulai. Hadad also designed Mitbal, and gave the restaurant, in addition to excellent cuisine, a warm atmosphere that makes the stay in the place pleasant.
