Our idea here, at Luna Restaurant, is to create authentic Nazarene food and serve it in a beautiful modern look. To this end, every day we gather in Luna, local women, who in a joint and coordinated work, roll the vine leaves, to make you the shoshbarak - the same little dumplings that fade in a delicious Nazarene yogurt sauce. In the cooking process, each and every ingredient in the dish receives dedicated care, with precise and loving touches. To each Baba Ganog, vine leaves and shoshbarak, add to the plate edible leaves collected from the field, with drops of olive oil and fresh drops of freshly squeezed lemon.

In charge of the kitchen is the chef Omar Mishleh who has created a varied menu while making sure to use the highest quality and finest raw materials and an open tabon that spreads the aromas of appetizing baked goods everywhere and connects the diners to the kitchen.
