We serve a tasting menu that creates an intimate encounter between guests, chefs, farmers, and local producers, telling the story of the desert. A story of arid land and rare ingredients born from it, transformed over open fire. Ancient and modern; rustic and refined; we combine ancient cooking methods native to our region with innovative techniques from around the world, curated by chefs Tal Ashkenazi and Omer Seltzer. The cost of the meal is 450₪ per person. The meal includes 14 courses and mineral/sparkling water. It is possible to add wine pairing of approximately 5 types of wine for 150₪ per person, or to order from our wine menu.
