ART-CAFE ATMOSPHERE is a seaside café and restaurant in Mamaia Nord, Năvodari, close to Constanța and the Black Sea coast. Its varied menu combines breakfast favourites, coffee and desserts with Eastern European comfort food, pasta, salads, seafood and substantial main courses, making it suitable for different moments throughout the day. Guests can start with syrniki, pancakes or an English breakfast, or choose dishes such as Ukrainian borscht, handmade-style dumplings, seafood pasta and baked sea bream.
