Trattoria by MRS Residence is an Italian restaurant in Ploiești, located on Bulevardul Republicii in the Albert district. The concept combines refined Italian cooking with a warm, Mediterranean-inspired setting, using carefully selected ingredients and a menu created for relaxed lunches, dinners and evenings over wine. The menu brings together house-made pasta and dishes such as oven-roasted turkey, salmon with asparagus, beef tagliata with porcini, spinach soufflé with ricotta, zucchini lasagna and Italian-style carpaccio. A varied selection of wines and drinks completes the experience. Designed by Adela Pârvu and architect Andreea Beșliu, the interior features warm lighting, delicate tones and understated elegance.
