About Us

“Alma” was born out of our love for creating – with our hands, and from a passion for simple raw ingredients like fish, vegetables, and flour. Everything is made from scratch, by hand, over an open flame on a charcoal grill and in the tabun oven. Our dream was to open a place that connects good food, wine, and people through a warm atmosphere – a place that feels like home, yet gives the sense that every detail has been thought of. A place where it’s pleasant to sit, have a drink, share some dishes, listen to music, and step away from the routine for a moment. “Alma” speaks a new language in the area – one that doesn’t try to be pretentious, but simply serves what we love: quality raw ingredients, precise craftsmanship, a young and fun vibe, and people who come to truly enjoy themselves. The kitchen is a front-facing kitchen, meaning that all the cooking and service take place right at the bar, in front of the guests.
