About Us

Madaftana - the name of the place where hospitality reflects pride and quality. The restaurant is located in Haifa, and is the result of a family collaboration between a Christian family and a Druze family. The chef who leads the kitchen wishes to promote general coexistence in our country, through unique and fascinating cuisine combinations. The restaurant offers a rich menu with starters and main courses with special flavors. On the weekend, you can enjoy a wide variety of fresh and special Druze food, and taste the unique smoked dishes that the restaurant offers. In addition to all this, you can choose from a wide selection of fresh fish that comes straight from the sea to your plate.
