About Us
A Jerusalem culinary tradition that is renewed every day. We strictly preserve culinary traditions that have almost disappeared. We make Cuba Aleppo - a mixture of meat and pine nuts in a crispy rice shell, Yifrach - vine leaves that we rolled and cooked with fresh lemon and pomegranate concentrate, and Cuba Humusta - sour soup with Cuba stuffed with siska - meat in long cooking, which we wrapped in semolina and jerrish. Every day we make a variety of salads that are all made by hand, alongside casserole dishes that express the creativity and innovation of our kitchen. We invite everyone to enjoy the variety of flavors and aromas that our restaurant curates and the wine menu dedicated to the Jerusalem mountains. The restaurant is strictly kosher under the supervision of Rabbi Avraham Rubin.
