About Us
Yuval Ben Neriah presents a personal and local interpretation of street foods from five countries in Southeast Asia: India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. Before opening the restaurant, Ben Neriah embarked on a three-month culinary and cultural journey through these countries, researching street food, textures, colors, spices, and flavors. After returning to Israel, the planning stage of the venue began, alongside an intensive six-month period in a temporary professional kitchen, where every dish was developed, cooked, and documented down to the smallest details.
