The hot complex in Nahalat Binyamin will open the last weekend of March with a sweeping Italian brunch inspired by the flavors of the Amalfi region. Chef Itay Kushmaro will present: Gigli salad with Parmesan, seared bruschetta with mussels in tomatoes, linguine pasta with spicy tomatoes, pappardelle with lemon and Vongoli, all accompanied by a refreshing cocktail celebration.
