New Year’s Eve dinner at Daria Restaurant, located on the pool floor of the Hilton Tel Aviv, overlooking the breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. Daria brings the culinary story of the Silk Road with a menu that combines flavors from the Far East and the Mediterranean, focusing on high-quality local ingredients, diverse cooking techniques, and tastes from both worlds coming together on the plate. Daria offers a unique wine menu featuring an extensive selection of Israeli wines, including aged Israeli vintages and special Israeli Magnum bottles. Daria is a kosher meat restaurant.
