About Us

Merloza is a restaurant that is based on the purity of fish and vegetables and is lead by the couple Dor Eben and Mor Hazan. After years in the Carmel Market, we grew and moved to a new home, a home that remains happy and in a pleasant and light atmosphere with a chef's menu and special flavors. Our space has an indoor covered terrace and indoor area along with the bar overlooking the kitchen.
