Selas' Annual Bluefin Tuna Event

Chef Or Ginsberg and the Slas Group are delighted to invite you to a festive celebration of our traditional tuna filleting event. The event includes a live demonstration of Bluefin Tuna filleting, an explanation about the fish and its different cuts, tastings of special parts served directly from the freshly filleted fish, and a chef’s dinner featuring at least 10 courses and 3 specially crafted cocktails paired with the meal.

Cichukai, Chef Or Ginsberg's new restaurant (Selas) where he seeks to express all the crazy ideas on the plate, at affordable prices and in a light and relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the flea market.

Selas Private Culinary

Our group has the Selas restaurant and the Kitsukai restaurant and the private event space "Omakase". The private room is amazingly designed in an ancient Jaffa building with high ceilings that has been renovated in a modern way. The space holds up to 32 guests. Let's do stunning boutique events - at the events we adjust a tasting meal of 12 dishes according to the taste of the guests. The whole meal is accompanied by the presence of the chef who finishes preparing the dishes. In front of the guests' eyes and explaining each and every dish. For larger events, we use the entire space of the Kitsukai restaurant and a beautiful Medhav that we have permits to seat guests in the heart of the flea market.
