About Us

The Backstage Hotel from the Atlas Hotels chain is teaming up with Chef Assaf Stern for a festive and colorful New Year's Eve dinner, one that will start your 2026 a little differently. As befits the hotel located in the historic building of the mythical tent theater, we will revive the Dinner & Show tradition. No less than 6 wonderful and creative dishes will flow from the chef's kitchen to the tables one after another - from appetizer to dessert - and in between, the Singer Galit Mor in love songs. The meal will be held in two rounds, the first starting at 7:00 PM and the second at 9:30 PM, with a menu that allows a choice between meat, fish and vegetarian dishes.
