About Us

On the pool floor of the Tel Aviv Hilton Hotel, facing the view of the Mediterranean Sea, the Daria restaurant brings the culinary story of the Silk Road in a modern interpretation. The menu is based on a connection between the Far East and the Mediterranean using local and high-quality ingredients, different cooking methods and flavors from both worlds that come together on the plate. The private room is suitable for family events and business events, the private room is suitable for groups of up to 30 diners at one large table, up to 40 diners at separate tables. In the private room there is a screen and a projector that connects to the computer as well as a separate audio system.
