7to1 LAB hosts Shiral Berger

About Us

After her success at the ‘‘Culinary Lab,’’ Chef Shiral Berger (OPA Restaurant + Gone Wildc Restaurant’s Events Arm in collaboration with Itay Hagai Belaish) returns for three evenings to the 7:1 Cocktail Lab for an experiential-sensory culinary journey where her special and delicious flavors will meet the technology and innovation of the 7:1 Cocktail Lab. At each meal, Berger will serve 6 bite-sized dishes from the plant kingdom, ‘‘Burger Style.’’ In each dish, she will spotlight a different raw material, from which the lab’s bartenders will concoct surprising cocktails that will accompany and complement the meal.
