About Us

During the month of March, Chef Yuval Pechler of Manara Restaurant, located in the Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, will host chefs Tomer Tal, Yama Sun and Guma Galili for a special series of events under the name "Manara Collective". The month will be dedicated to culinary innovation and fascinating connections between traditional techniques and contemporary interpretations, using the finest seasonal ingredients. Manara and Chef Yuval Pechler will host a different chef each week, who will bring with him his unique style, culinary creativity and personal interpretation of Mediterranean cuisine in a kosher version.
