Azba Restaurant from Kfar Rama proudly presents authentic Lebanese cuisine, including good casserole dishes and a variety of excellent salads and of course real Hummus prepared daily on site. Here you will find Arabic, homey and authentic cuisine, relying exclusively on seasonal ingredients. In the summer, okra and brine and of course stuffed vine leaves will be served to the tables. In the fall, the dried legumes will appear and into the cold season, wild plants such as chicory, chobza, squash and wild dill will appear in the kitchen one after the other.
