About Us

A meal at Ruthenberg is an invitation to a unique culinary experience. A structured tasting meal consisting of seasonal produce from the restaurant's garden and an ongoing exploratory dialogue between the restaurant staff and the growers and creative partners. The restaurant is located in the north of the Valley of Springs, facing the landscapes of the Kingdom of Jordan, inside a historic building for preservation in the old bridge.
