Golan Basalt Winery - The secret lies in the soil. The first boutique winery in the Golan, and the fourth in the country, founded by Yoav Levy, the owner and winemaker. The winery is located in the center of the Golan, in Moshav Kidmat-Zvi. The winery is located in the heart of a grove of eucalyptus trees and near the grove is a spring of living water overlooking the Sea of Galilee. The secret of the fine wines lies in the fertile and rich basalt soil, in the special climatic conditions of the region and in natural and meticulous production processes. Mettler Winery is a family boutique winery located in the magical Elah Valley. In the winery we produce red and rosé wines. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes grow in our vineyards. The rosé and the red blends consist of the grapes that grow in our vineyard. The wine making processes are carried out while maintaining the values of tradition. The manual harvest is done in the early morning hours, the clusters are transported directly from the vineyard to the winery.
