As second generation children of immigrants from Eastern Europe, the land has a special meaning for us. That's why when an opportunity presented itself in the middle of life, we decided to leave the city, move to the village and plant a vineyard. First we focused on studying the soil and growing the grapes. We learned everywhere and from anyone who was willing to share his knowledge and experience with us. Faith in the path, passion for good wine, diligence and a strong desire to succeed led to the blossoming of a beautiful vineyard. In 2012 we decided to come full circle and establish a winery to produce quality boutique wines locally.

Kedma Winery is the only winery in the country that uses huge pottery jars as part of the wine production process. The winery combines ancient technologies with up-to-date knowledge, and renews winemaking technologies that were common in the Land of Israel in ancient times. The winery is located in the village of Uriah, halfway between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.

In the heart of Moshav Kerem Ben Zimra, in front of a breathtaking view overlooking the Moshav's vineyards and orchards and Lebanon on the horizon, is our visitor center, built of ancient stone and surrounded by an intoxicating and magical Galilean atmosphere. There you can enjoy fine wine alongside cheeses (vegan ones are also available!), dips, a boutique deli of local produce and great pizzas straight from the oven. In addition, you can enjoy a variety of unique and intimate experiences: from guided wine tastings, field trips and, of course, sitting in our magical courtyard. On Thursdays the visitor center is open late into the night in the atmosphere of a local wine bar!

Barkan Winery Visitor Center at Kibbutz Hulda invites you to be exposed to the great world of wine saturated with flavors, aromas and colors. At the center we offer guided tours and wine tasting with a team of professional winemakers, along with an amazing view of more than two thousand dunams of vineyards. All these great experiences are only half an hour drive from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. In addition, you can also order cheese platters and snacks and purchase from the winery's shop.

Shorer Winery is located on a family farm in Moshav Talmei Yechiel, which has been farming for over 40 years. The winery produces a variety of wines while adhering to principles such as regionalism, promiscuity, simplicity and sustainable agriculture. The quality wine grapes arrive at the winery immediately after being harvested directly from our vineyards all located in Moshav. The visitor center offers tours of the vineyards and winery, receiving an explanation of the grape growing and wine production process, local cheese platters and of course tastings of our wines. A small event or team meeting of a company or organization may also take place at the space.

In the west of the Hefer Valley, among fields, vineyards and orchards, near the Turtle Bridge on the Alexander River, the Vitkin Winery is located and next to it is the winery's visitor center. Bahat Winery is a family boutique winery, located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the north of the Golan Heights. The Bhat Winery visitor center contains 100 seats for visitors and a wine bar for tasting. The center can host various types of wine events that include wine tasting and a visit to the winery while learning about the wine production process. During the harvest season you can also visit the vineyards near the winery. There is a unique activity for children as well as a boutique shop selling a wide variety of cheeses, wines, liqueurs, and delicacies produced in the Golan and the surrounding area. You will also find a variety of accessories and related equipment for wine culture. The winery's visitor center also serves food such as: pizzas, salads, soups and cheese platters.
