A local regional winery in the heart of the Ella Valley. Agur is a winery with an opinion and we refuse to go with closed eyes after changing fashions. This choice seems to be appreciated by wine lovers and we intend to persevere in it. I am fascinated by the process of merging and grooming between the different barrels, varieties and smoothies. It is a great privilege to be acquainted with a new wonder created in the palate after tasting dozens of barrels, and the ability to get excited over and over again gives us the strength to bring this discovery to more wine lovers. Flam winery, established in 1998, is located at the heart of Martyrs' forest. From the very beginning Flam family was resolute on manufacturing wine that will best capture the unique flora characteristics of local agriculture. The winery is dedicated to maintaining values of sustainability and ecology, thus minimal intervention is practiced in handling the vines. And the family is in constant persuit of strengthening its ties to the area, investing in vineyards in Eben Sapphire, Giv'at Yesha'ayahu and Ein Carem. Golan Flam, the winemaker, deepens his exploration of the best suited grape varieties to the local terroir of the Judean hills. An area offering soil rich in minerals and agreeable Mediterranean weather. Golan, alongside his brother Gilad and their mother Camellia, are all dedicated to promoting a vision of precision and accuracy, being respectful of the ancient tradition of wine making in the Judean hills whilst maintaining their own unique signature thumbprint carrying the name Flam.

In the west of the Hefer Valley, among fields, vineyards and orchards, near the Turtle Bridge on the Alexander River, the Vitkin Winery is located and next to it is the winery's visitor center. A beautiful complex of stone and wood, located next to the Odem Forest in the moshav. On your visit you will enjoy a unique wine experience, stories and explanations about the founding of the winery, about the family and about the winemaking process. In the Visitor’s Center you can book a tour of Vineyard 1060, the vintner’s individual vineyard, visit the production hall and the barrel room, and even see the ancient wine archive. Of course, you can enjoy tasting our variety of fine wines and combine it with a choice of hard cheeses, of cow’s and sheep’s milk.
