About Us

Grand Café Van Gogh is a café, bar and restaurant in Bucharest’s Old Town, located on Strada Smârdan 9, close to the National Bank of Romania Palace. Inspired by the works of Vincent van Gogh, the restaurant combines an artistic interior with an all-day dining concept built around breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and drinks. The menu brings together international and Central European influences, with options such as American pancakes, Eggs Benedict, hummus, Mediterranean burrata, bitterballen, quesadilla, papanași, Pavlova, coffee, wines and cocktails.
