Trattoria by MRS Residence is an Italian restaurant in Ploiești, located on Bulevardul Republicii in the Albert district. The concept combines refined Italian cooking with a warm, Mediterranean-inspired setting, using carefully selected ingredients and a menu created for relaxed lunches, dinners and evenings over wine. The menu brings together house-made pasta and dishes such as oven-roasted turkey, salmon with asparagus, beef tagliata with porcini, spinach soufflé with ricotta, zucchini lasagna and Italian-style carpaccio. A varied selection of wines and drinks completes the experience. Designed by Adela Pârvu and architect Andreea Beșliu, the interior features warm lighting, delicate tones and understated elegance. With its polished atmosphere and flexible spaces, Trattoria by MRS Residence is suited to a quiet meal, dinner with friends or a business gathering in Ploiești.
