Tzafririm Winery is a connection between man and land, between family and community. We are an estate winery, carrying out all stages of the process in one place – from growing grapes in our vineyards, through winemaking, to hosting and pouring in the winery orchard. Our hospitality focuses on wine and what surrounds it: guided tastings, conversation, and a pleasant time to spend there. Alongside the wine, we serve rich platters of cheeses and cold cuts, but we are not a restaurant or a café. The experience at Tzafririm Winery is true to the spirit of our work: excellent wine, precise craftsmanship, and an unmediated encounter with us.

Welcome to Ophir Farm - a boutique winery, vineyard and apiary. Our story begins with beekeeping, continues with agricultural work in the family vineyard, and ends with wine fermentation in our boutique winery. We would be very happy to host you at our visitor center, built in a unique log cabin from the Appalachian Mountains and surrounded by our eucalyptus grove, across from the vineyard. When you arrive, we will tell you the story of the family and the farm, and you can enjoy a variety of experiences with us – a culinary wine experience, where you will choose your favorite wine and dishes from our food menu, a wine tour with a guided tasting experience from the vineyard to the winery, accompanied by a rich cheese brunch, pampering picnic packages to sit with in the nearby forest, and the farm coffee cart where you will find fine coffee and a variety of sandwiches made purely from local ingredients, pastries and sweets. Of course, you can taste and purchase nine types of farm honey and a variety of winery wines. Seating with us is under the shade of the eucalyptus trees or on the cabin balcony and is based on availability, we do not reserve seats in advance. Waiting for you, the Ofir Farm Family

Shorer Winery is located on a family farm in Moshav Talmei Yechiel, which has been farming for over 40 years. The winery produces a variety of wines while adhering to principles such as regionalism, promiscuity, simplicity and sustainable agriculture. The quality wine grapes arrive at the winery immediately after being harvested directly from our vineyards all located in Moshav. The visitor center offers tours of the vineyards and winery, receiving an explanation of the grape growing and wine production process, local cheese platters and of course tastings of our wines. A small event or team meeting of a company or organization may also take place at the space.

Yaffo Winery was established in 1998 by Moshe and Anne Celniker following French family tradition. With a strong connection to the land and nature, Yaffo Winery invests an enormous amount in nurturing their vineyards for high-quality grapes in low yield. The winery’s low-temperature crushing process, and meticulous aging produce outstanding red and white wines. In this boutique winery, located in Ella valley near jerusalem, the personal touch is just as important as savoring the wine. The Celniker’s passionate pursuit of new techniques and technologies is reflected in the winemaking experience and the superb taste of their quality wines. The son, Stephan graduated wine making in burgundy and for 16 years already he his the wine maker

Besides the winery and our magical visitor center, the family farm has an organic olive grove, natural honey beehives and of course a young and fresh grape vineyard which we take care of with a lot of love and warmth because we believe that good wine starts with good grapes. Alona Winery was established in 2001 by Ilana Rabau - Friedman and Micha Rabau, a couple of doctors, and by Fanny and Eli Azulai, second generation farmers for wine grape growers. All the processes of making the wine, from choosing the varieties, planting the vineyards and cultivating them, through the vintage, wine preparation to bottling is done by the families alone. The winery produces about 9000 bottles a year, and the wine production combines old and new world methods. The wine is aged for at least 12 months in French and American oak barrels and recently also the use of 2 500-liter barrels of Austrian oak. The wine is aged in both new and used barrels. In order to preserve the characteristics of the grapes and their complexity, the wine is bottled without shading processes after coarse filtration only. Alona Wines has won many awards in Israeli and international competitions and in 2007 the winery was chosen as the best small boutique winery in Israel.
