Shorer Winery is located on a family farm in Moshav Talmei Yechiel, which has been farming for over 40 years. The winery produces a variety of wines while adhering to principles such as regionalism, promiscuity, simplicity and sustainable agriculture. The quality wine grapes arrive at the winery immediately after being harvested directly from our vineyards all located in Moshav. The visitor center offers tours of the vineyards and winery, receiving an explanation of the grape growing and wine production process, local cheese platters and of course tastings of our wines. A small event or team meeting of a company or organization may also take place at the space.

Tzora Vineyards, established in 1993 by Ronnie James, was one of the first to plant on the high elevation slopes of the Judean Hills. The Judean Hills rise sharply from the coastal plain and offer ideal conditions for growing exceptional fruit. The wines are produced solely from Tzora's own estate vineyards and express the quality and character of the Judean Hills terroir. The team’s aim is to produce wines that tell a sincere, authentic story of the local soil and climate of the Judean Hills.

A beautiful complex of stone and wood, located next to the Odem Forest in the moshav. On your visit you will enjoy a unique wine experience, stories and explanations about the founding of the winery, about the family and about the winemaking process. In the Visitor’s Center you can book a tour of Vineyard 1060, the vintner’s individual vineyard, visit the production hall and the barrel room, and even see the ancient wine archive. Of course, you can enjoy tasting our variety of fine wines and combine it with a choice of hard cheeses, of cow’s and sheep’s milk.
