The Colony Strudel Restaurant is housed in a 150-year-old Templar building at the foot of the Baha'i Gardens. The restaurant's menu is precise and includes fresh and seasonal ingredients that combine modern Mediterranean food with touches from French and Italian cuisine.

Lux, located near Haifa Port, offers a lunch menu that includes a starter and main course for 132 or 142 shekels. The menu is available Sunday through Thursday from 12:00 to 17:00.

The new Peigam restaurant draws its inspiration from the surrounding land and the rich culinary history of the area. The kitchen, led by chef Dan Zoaretz, is based on local ingredients such as fish and seafood from the Carmel coast, seasonal collections from the mountain and work with regional growers.
