Since 1988… Raviva Vasilia was opened on August 15, 1988 in Neve Rasko, Ramat Hasharon by Raviva Apel, Celia Regev and Nira Kolodani. The idea was to establish a place that would allow offering food and cakes to cafes and private customers. As soon as he opened, he managed to bring a new line when he introduced a new style of baking and catering that was not known in Israel until then - traditional French baking using raw materials that were not known to the majority of the public in Israel. The place gained a reputation very quickly, the years passed and the place grew, developed and underwent many changes. Today the place is no longer a small neighborhood cafe, but a restaurant and deli that has become a brand in the fields of cooking, baking and hospitality that has gone beyond the borders of Ramat Hasharon.

The large and elegant space of Beta Cafe Tzamarot has added another touch to Beta's familiar atmosphere. High ceilings, art on the walls, large windows letting in sunlight. Regular and occasional customers fill the place throughout the day, savoring the food and the wonderful service. In the evening, the open terrace becomes intimate and romantic, inside the atmosphere is relaxed, yet it's hard to pass up an exciting cocktail or an intriguing dish. סלטה הוקמה בשנת 2006 על ידי הצלם יובל נבון. עם הקמתה הביאה רוח חדשה לאזור והפכה למוסד קולינרי מקומי ומקום מפגש לאוהבי אוכל ואומנות. במסעדה שני אזורים, עם הכניסה לחלק הקדמי יש תחושה של משהו משפחתי, ניחוחות של בישול ומראה מזמין. בחלק הפנימי מתגלה חצר קסומה ומעוררת השראה המאפשרת לאורחינו בילוי אינטימי ומלא הנאה.
