Those who did not get to know us, we opened a small chef-bar with 27 seats around an open kitchen where all the magic happens. We recruited a small team that likes to make happy and scatter smiles, we sat for days and nights and picked a song-song that would make you clap and want to get up and dance, we wrote a booklet with hundreds of alternating dishes, we cooked cocktails and got drunk on tasting. The River chain has been operating in Israel for over 20 years and brings you Asian cuisine in its many shades. Like any chain, we started small. We opened our first branch in Jerusalem, somewhere in 2004, with the aim of bringing fast and kosher Asian cuisine to the fore. Ivri in Nahal Be’er Sheva Park is a café-restaurant open in the morning, at lunchtime, and occasionally in the evening, offering an experience that blends urban nature in the heart of the city. The venue combines indoor and outdoor seating and overlooks a pastoral view of the stream and surrounding greenery.
