Mettler Winery is a family boutique winery located in the magical Elah Valley. In the winery we produce red, white and rosé wines. Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes grow in our vineyards. The rosé and the red blends consist of the grapes that grow in our vineyard. The wine making processes are carried out while maintaining the values of tradition. The manual harvest is done in the early morning hours, the clusters are transported directly from the vineyard to the winery. The vines in our vineyard are cared for with dedication and love, we give nature its place, we maintain organic and natural materials and aids, while emphasizing the preservation of the environment.

In the heart of the historic village of Bat Shlomo, overlooking the landscapes of Mount Carmel, lies a world of wine, agriculture, culinary arts, and hospitality—all woven together through a deep connection to the land, art, and local tradition. Bat Shlomo Vineyards is an intimate destination where a historic farmhouse, vineyards, and a winery blend seamlessly with seasonal cuisine, thoughtful design, and refined aesthetics. Every detail here reflects careful consideration—from the wines crafted in our own vineyards and the use of local ingredients to the handcrafted ceramics upon which our culinary offerings are served. The wine-tasting experience is an integral part of the farmhouse atmosphere, taking place in personal sessions or small groups around a table that fosters conversation, connection, and discovery. These gatherings are led by a professional hospitality team that dedicates time and attention to every guest, gradually revealing the stories, people, and craftsmanship behind the wines and the estate itself. Here, wine serves as the meeting point for land, food, art, and people, with each element adding a unique layer to the experience. We look forward to opening the doors to our world and welcoming you to Bat Shlomo Vineyards.
