We're a banquet-style restaurant specializing in smoked meats Each evening, a different pitmaster hosts your dining experience. What's a pitmaster, you ask? They're experts in smokehouse techniques, grilling, and mastering live-fire cooking for food preparation. Looking for a menu? Well, we don't have one. Instead, the pitmaster crafts an extraordinary meal comprising 7 dishes, each accompanied by an explanation of its preparation method. You'll enjoy unlimited beer, red wine, and soda, followed by dessert, tea, and coffee to round off your dining experience. The show lasts approximately two and a half hours and is enhanced with lively music. Our seating is communal, akin to a knight's table. To join us, reservations are required in advance. Saba Jebeto restaurant is a restaurant that serves gourmet sandwiches. All the ingredients are made locally by hand and on a daily basis. We also serve salads, vegan dishes and a variety of beers on tap. The Barbsaba is the courtyard of the restaurant which is open in the evenings starting at 9pm and on Fridays at noon starting at 1pm. The Barbsaba offers a variety of food, beers on tap, unique cocktails and plenty of alcohol.
