Arianna was created from the desire to bring the wine culture to the Sharon region, to give wine its place at the front of the entertainment and around it to create a complete entertainment experience, from a designed place that is divided into several seating areas from a room for events, to a balcony and a smoking area, for sitting at the bar or sitting at tables for groups. Combined with a seasonal chef's kitchen and a tabon in the center of the space, we came to create an atmosphere that will take our guests to a place of disconnection and connection to enjoy the moment. Baba Nissim, from the family bakery, is much more than a restaurant – it’s a table of warm food and a gathering filled with nostalgia. In the 1970s, Grandpa Shalom Elbaz opened a meat and shawarma restaurant in Herzliya, famous for its unique flavors, attracting guests from all over Israel to a place that felt like home for everyone. The restaurant is no longer here, but the memories and tastes remain. The secret seasonings were passed down to his eldest grandson, Nissim, who decided to revive the tradition.
