Kosher Herbert Samuel chef restaurant is the culinary jewel in the crown of the Ritz Carlton Hotel Herzliya. It was born from the meeting of the Mediterranean Sea with the shores of the country, dropped anchor in the Herzliya Marina about a decade ago - and specializes in local chef cuisine with international fusion touches. The restaurant's menu has been based on Israel's local culinary offerings and was inspired by the cuisines of the eastern Mediterranean basin, which are given a personal interpretation by chef Haim Meir Cohen, while giving maximum respect and attention to the excellent raw materials from which the dishes are created.
