The Neve Yarak winery was established in Moshav Neve Yarak, in early 2015, by Momo Shmilovitz - a third generation to an agricultural family from the founders of the settlement The winery specializes in making wine from Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah grapes, grown in mature vineyards, nurtured by the family. Flam winery, established in 1998, is located at the heart of Martyrs' forest. From the very beginning Flam family was resolute on manufacturing wine that will best capture the unique flora characteristics of local agriculture. Golan Flam, the winemaker, deepens his exploration of the best suited grape varieties to the local terroir of the Judean hills. An area offering soil rich in minerals and agreeable Mediterranean weather. Golan, alongside his brother Gilad and their mother Camellia, are all dedicated to promoting a vision of precision and accuracy, being respectful of the ancient tradition of wine making in the Judean hills whilst maintaining their own unique signature thumbprint carrying the name Flam.

Amphora Winery was established in 1998 and is located in the historical Mekura farm, on the side of a mountain and among the vineyards. We produce quality wines that go through a meticulous winemaking process. The place offers a unique atmosphere, combining nature and wine. You are invited to come and taste different and unique wines, produced with love and dedication, and all this among the vineyards and breathtaking views. Our wine tastings offer a wide variety of wines, our professional staff will accompany you and explain each series and specific wine, the production process and its unique characteristics. Along with the wines, a rich palette of cheeses and other delicacies will be served carefully selected to highlight the aromas of each and every wine.

Alona Winery was established in 2001 by Ilana Rabau - Friedman and Micha Rabau, a couple of doctors, and by Fanny and Eli Azulai, second generation farmers for wine grape growers. All the processes of making the wine, from choosing the varieties, planting the vineyards and cultivating them, through the vintage, wine preparation to bottling is done by the families alone. The winery produces about 9000 bottles a year, and the wine production combines old and new world methods. The wine is aged for at least 12 months in French and American oak barrels and recently also the use of 2 500-liter barrels of Austrian oak. The wine is aged in both new and used barrels. In order to preserve the characteristics of the grapes and their complexity, the wine is bottled without shading processes after coarse filtration only. Alona Wines has won many awards in Israeli and international competitions and in 2007 the winery was chosen as the best small boutique winery in Israel.
